“If you cannot say what I’ve just said, you’ll be turned into a frog.”
“Gollopy Gumble, Gollopy Goo,” said the dog to his tormentor,
And changed the Wizard into a gate, with a sign saying ‘Do not enter’.

Wizard talking to the dog. Then dog has turned Wizard into a gate.
