The Easter Bunny came to me
As I lay in my bed.
And with a golden cane he held,
He tapped me on my head.

He said, “I’ll do a magic trick.”
Then slapped his furry legs.
And then, amid a mighty flash
Appeared some Easter Eggs.

I asked him if he’d join me in
My chocolate eating spree.
He said, “I’m sorry but I’ve got
Some sausages for tea.”

Then In a shower of golden stars
He disappeared from view.
The Easter Bunny left my room...
Perhaps he’ll come to you.
